On-Site Duplication

MLR has portable copiers and scanners that enable us to go to any location to copy both documents and radiology films on-site. Possible formats include: paper, CD-ROM, PDF, and TIFF files.

Radiology Films X-ray films can be secured from any desired location. Copies can be made on-site at the deponent's location (originals films need not leave the custodian's possession) or in-house at our office. X-ray copies can then be forwarded to requesting counsel OR be sent directly to an expert physician for review. Upon request, MLR can produce X-ray copies within 24 hours. Positives of films (photographic prints) in various sizes can be provided from any size X-ray film.

Hospital Chart Indexing

All inpatient hospital charts are indexed into 12-category chart dividers. For more information, see How Requests are Processed at MLR.

Medical Authorizations

Upon receipt of an executed authorization, MLR will contact the record custodian to determine the availability of the desired information. Our customer service representatives will then proceed to make arrangements to obtain these records. If the required authorization is not available, MLR will contact counsel directly to secure a signature on our HIPAA-compliant authorization form.

Messenger Pick-Up and Delivery

We have messengers at your disposal. Contact us and we will arrange to pick up your package and get it where it needs to go - to us -- or elsewhere. Signed receipts for packages are always provided.

Dental Molds

Duplicates of dental molds can be made from your original cast.
